Best place to mount a spare (without a rim attached)

So, after our recent tire debacle we've decided to carry a spare with us wherever we go. Problem is I've got matched tires, but 3 different Rim types on the RV. So I'll be carting it along as just a...

IF the tire is NOT on a rim you have to store it "Sealed" or Indoor" else it will collect all types of **** and rot out from moisture.

Once you have the tire "Sealed" against elements (Shrink wrapped???) there is a company or 3 that make slings to carry it UNDER the RV

Else I'd store it inside

Sunlight is another enemy of spare tire.

How I do it.. Carry spare credit card.
