Before purchasing our first MH, I use to think that the investment of a reference document was worthwhile. But nothing is better than real up to date and immediate input from the folks on forums like this one. And it's free. You can research and educate yourself on what you would like to see easier and cheaper than paying someone else to do it generically. Pretty much anything RV related from sales to fixes to recommendations can be found for free if you are willing to take the time to educate yourself. A reference guide is not going to be tailored to what you are looking for. You will need to figure that out on your own. It's pretty easy to find the right price, it's pretty easy to find floor plans, heck there are reviews galore of hundreds of various models on you tube. You need to decide what you want out of an RV, what you will use it for, figure out your budget, figure out a floorplan, shop for prices and find your deal. No guide will do that for you and not educating yourself will turn out very costly I promise you.
