Better way to stow 30 amp cord in small cubby hole

Has anyone figured out a better method of how to stow away the shore power cord in the small cubby holes our Class Cs come with other than just trying to wrap the cord up as you stuff it in the hole? ...

Yeah that may help...where the cord drops out of the generator receptacle it is attached to the floor of the box with a clip and it does get in the way. I may try to move that clip and point the cord to the back and reattach it some how. Thanks...
