Better way to stow 30 amp cord in small cubby hole

Has anyone figured out a better method of how to stow away the shore power cord in the small cubby holes our Class Cs come with other than just trying to wrap the cord up as you stuff it in the hole? ...

Mine is the same. The plug on the cord plugs into the receptacle on the box in the photo for generator use. A foolproof transfer switch.
