I'm always amazed at the number of people that aren't bothered by things like this. As if there are no precedence for abuse, singling out groups be they white or Japanese or Jewish or Christian or black or Mexican for interment or extermination. Bureaucrats are not good at discretion. Pretty soon there will be a death penalty for speeding or being over length or for being old. Safety, at what cost?
