Since THAT story was over a YEAR AND A HALF old, perhaps you have a follow up story.....maybe over zealous cops, maybe an "IRRITATED" citizen, maybe maybe maybe.....anything that old isn't worth worrying about, without a follow up where the 'other' side of the story is presented.
AND..according to a report from the FBI dated September 2014, ""law enforcement is expected to use NGI 196 times per day". So take how many police there are nationwide, working full shifts, 24 hours a day and divide that by 196. I believe you'll see many many zeros in front of any number...which will be like a sand pebble on a beach...just sayin....Dennis
