Mr. Filippidis was stopped for speeding and tailgating, NOT ALR. Furthermore, the officer testified he observed the CCW permit in Mr. Filippidis' wallet as he searched for his driver's license. This began the conversation with him and the failed corroboration from his wife.
Was he speeding as the officer testified??? Here is what Mr. Filippidis had to say relative to the incident in an interview with the press...."He did say he may have been going a little over the speed limit, and his wife was confused about the whereabouts of his gun."..:S.....case closed....Dennis
