OP - Of the three Stabilizer/Dampers you mentioned, I'd suggest Saf-T-Plus, the silver "140" series, over Roadmaster Reflex or SteerSafe.
OEM, Monroe, and Bilstein provide only Dampening. Reflex and S-T-P are Stabilizer/Dampers using springs to hold steering at center and a damper cylinder. SteerSafe is springs only, a stabilizer. I like S-T-P because it centers with two opposing springs while Reflex is one spring in push-pull mode. Henderson's Line Up prefers S-T-P even though they sell a lot of Roadmaster items.
Kit is the only OP here that I remember with a Bilstein damper. I have little doubt it's better than OEM Ford or the common Monroe replacement.
If your damper does not have a boot over the exposed piston rod, please install one. They're vulnerable to stone chips.
