It is simply not true that KONI FSD's are the cure all that many on this forum claim. Some, would want you to believe that they even cure migranes. :S
On the current F53 I have had in this order, OEM Bilsteins, Monroe RV Magnums, KONI FSD's (on the front), then Monroe RV Magnums on the front as the wear patterns on my front tires with the FSD's on were indicating a shock wear problem. After I went back to the Mag's from Monroe, I then installed air bags in the front. This appears to be the best ride of all so far. Yes, I am getting ready to change the set up as I am still not totally satisfied. On the rear I have had OEM Bilsteins, RV Magnums and now I have the new version of the Bilsteins. Sometime in the spring I will be installing the new version of the Bilsteins on the front, as the improvement in handling was so great with them on the rear that I feel obligated to installing and trying them on the front. If it doesn't help, I will just go back to the Mags. All of this has been happening within just 7 years that I have owned the rig. Please do not mention Kelderman, as I was told by their customer service that they do not make them for a 97 F53. It they did, they would probably be on my list for what's next. :B
