Every situation is different. If you call ERS, they can usually tell you how long it will take for the mechanic to arrive. Once you have that info, then you can make an informed decision. If the wait for the mechanic is too long for you, then you may decide to drive the short distance to the shop, IF you have called the shop first to make sure that they can help you once you get there.
Prior to driving to the shop, I would make sure to inflate the remaining dual to the max sidewall pressure to help minimize any damage to that tire.
