Exactly. Overload the chassis and the transmission is going to start slipping in the various gear clutch packs and the torque converter.
Cylinders 9 and 10 are in the back driver's side. Probably failure of the head gasket between the two. Easy fix in a truck but a bit harder in an RV due to access limitations. Labor cost will be high.
I wonder if the coach would be drivable it the fuel injectors for cylinder 9 and 10 were electrically unplugged. That would be presuming the problem is the head gasket between the cylinders and not the water jacket or a valve problem. Wouldn't recommend it for this scenario considering the owner is dealing with an after market warranty.
