The amount of scrutiny given an insurance claim is directly related to the dollar value of that claim. An engine replacement or total rebuild isn't going to be approved without adjuster going over the claim with a fine toothed comb.
This would even be the same with the Ford OEM factory warranty. No warranty approval without an inspection.
