I am sorry these folks are having to deal with this nightmare, and hope it works about as well as can be expected. I am not going to engage in speculation about something I have zero knowledge about. Anything mechanical can fail for no reason, and to sit at the computer and denigrate the owners of the RV and the manufacturers is just plain stupid!
