Since this isn’t an everyday vehicle I don’t see the issue with waiting for them to come out and see it. They are putting it off hoping they do something like have it repaired by someone else that way they can get out of it.
Let them do what they do! But with low miles and the year I wouldn’t accept anything other than a Ford Reman.
