I been to many RV parks that have a lot of "permanent" residents. Some of those RV's look like they have not been moved in years. As to whether or not their engines still operate, who knows. I've seen patio decks and all kinds of lights strung up around some Class A's and it looks like if they did run, it would be a major operation to move some of them. I agree this is something you should talk over with the RV park owner.
