Body Work Advice

Can anybody recommend a body repair facility near Asheville, NC for a Newmar Ventana with damage from an emergency back-up with Toad on. Its a long story involving a GPS that put me in a situation you couldn't believe.
  • Try looking in the phone book for body shops that do RV repair. I know from experience that they are quite a bit less that an RV dealer.

    DrBob,

If it's drivable I can recommend a truck shop in Knoxville who does excellent work and is cheaper than anyone with RV in their name.

Call and talk to Jim directly or his number one, Clayton McKinney
  • Thanks. Knoxville is over 2 hrs away. Tom Johnson in Marion is only 1/2 hour. Has anybody used him?
  • Tom Johnson's has a full service operation and sells high line coaches. We were impressed with their service operation and, while I have no personal experience with their collision repair, a friend who bought a coach there with some damage said their repair of the damage was outstanding.
  • Give Tom Johnson's a call - the one in Marion - never had any body work, just routine service and repairs - excellent. They have a cg right on the premises.
  • You might try Terry Labonte RV in Greensboro...they do all repairs including paint, and bodywork.
