I'm starting a trip from the North East in cold weather, may have to stop over night with out hook ups and would have to keep furnace heat on all night. Question is will this drain both batters or just the house bat. I don't want to have a dead battery and not be able to start up in the morning. And could I take the Pos. or Neg terminal off. My 2014 Coachmen Pursuit (gas hog) thanks --- Rob.
That really depends upon the size of your battery pack.
Our Newmar runs 4 deep cycle batteries, and will run the furness about 3 days prior to needing a charge.
