Bought Silver Leaf, found my check engine light
Happy Camper here. I have been getting random, intermittent check engine ans stop engine signals that go away by themselves. My diesel house wanted $175 to read the codes but warned that if the light is not on when I brought it in, there may not be any codes.
SO! I bought the laptop based Silverleaf package. I installed it, one small self inflicted install problem. Got it working tonight.
Started her up and the check engine light came on and I have an intermittent turbo boost pressure reading. Might be wiring or a sensor but at least I now have a ballpark to play in. I'll take a look see this weekend then call FL if I cant find it. CAT C-7, Allison, FL.
Its a load off my mind I have been worrying about what it might be.
I can see SL being a comfort chugging down the road.
