I would emphasize, 2012 is NOT new at all. In fact, 2013 is halfway over thus 2014 models are "new". Tell them that it has been outside for a year, tires are older, belts older, seams, roof, paint, etc., all older. Offer 60-65% of MSRP.

EDIT - What I would do is go, show huge interest, be concerned about the year, THEN LEAVE.... LEAVE LEAVE LEAVE. Call back later and say "I have X dollars right here and will come back right now if you can sell it for X dollars".
