Bounder Classic Discount off List

We're looking at a brand new 2012 Bounder Classic 34B. It's been on the dealers lot for a year and a half or two, but is stiil considered brand new. The MSRP on it is $119,000. How much off list should I reasonably expect to get? Would 25%-35% be asking too much?
  • Don't forget the tires. They are probably at least two years old.
  • With the 2014s showing up on lots, the 2013's are being discounted 25 to 30%. 2013 Bounder Classic 34M listed for $89,999 on rv trader, RV Trader.
It does no harm to offer, $77,000 for the unit at your dealers which is about 35% discount.
  • My first thought would be why is it still there. It might be considered brand new but 18 to 24 months in the weather, I would offer 60 percent of msrp and insist it be re-calked where needed and fully cleaned and hand waxed including the roof if it is fiberglass. Otherwise get a 2013

  • I personally would start at 40-42% and play hard nose for a visit or two. The most I would pay for a 2 year old, new coach, would be around 37-38% off MSRP, when you can buy a newer model for 30%+ off MSRP.
  • General RV including their Florida location are advertising 2013 Bounder Classic units at about 30% discount. The discount on the 2012 you found should be more.
General RV has the 2014 Bounder Classic on their lots.
