Brake Buddy Brake away switch

I wanted a show of hands on who use's the break away switch with their braking unit for their toad and who doesn't? Thats the only thing I haven't got yet. Looks like to me a lot of bad things would have to happen before you would ever need it. And just like on someone else's post theirs shorted out and locked up the brakes on the toad while towing, thats not good! Just debating on getting one or not.. Thanks

    With an injury accident there would be little defense in court.

    There was a past post about someone watching a car just like his pass him by - only it was his!

    I have one and use it....would hate the way I would feel if my jeep broke free and crossed over a roadway and hit or caused an accident.

    I use mine. If there is a misfortune of the toad breaking loose, the breakaway will stop the toad before it causes more damage or kills someone.
