Brake controller plug and play on 2016 sunstar F53

On our old sightseer the plug and play to connect the brake controller was on top of the steering column. When we bought the 2016 sunstar I pulled off the dash cover and the plug that is there looks...

OK, Dumb Question time. Are you sure that the plug you see is not the OBDII? Usually the brake plug is not fixed, but is on a bundle of wires. I know both my Itascas and my new Tiffin were that way.
