On my 2013 Itasca 26HE my jack levellers stop working so I took it to Camping World in Fort Myers. On my drive over to Fort Myers I heard a noise on the left front wheel so when I got to Camping World I asked if they would check out the wheel noise also. Each diagnostic cost $129.00 plus tax. The leveller motor needed replacing but they wanted to replace everything pump etc. at the cost of $2500.00 only the motor needed replacing $777.00.
They wanted to replace all the brakes on the coach rotors, calipers, pads, hubs? at the cost of $5,000.00. I brought the coach back to the RV park and removed the two front wheels which they did not do and after close inspection only found a slightly dry caliper pin. My wife documented this with pictures and sent them to Camping World. After a few e-mails and phone calls Camping World reimbursed us for the tire diagnostic $129.00 plus tax. There was no diagnostic of any form done on this coach. Lastly that noise from the left front wheel was a hubcap. PRICELESS!!!!! My advice be very careful when dealing with this company, snowbirds could end up not having enough feathers to make it home!
