Our 92 Fleetwood Flair pulls to the left when brakes are applied. I inquired at a local RV repair facility and was told brake jobs run about $600 per axle. Any recommendations besides getting rid of it?
With the age of the vehicle I would guess that the a caliper is rusted up and sticking, so it would most likely pull to the opposite side. Would also recommend a brake fluid flush.
Our 94 Bounder pulled to the right. I replaced both front hoses, that didn't fix it but they were old and I would recommend replacing them. I had to replace the left front caliper. A rebuilt caliper was pretty cheap, it's been a few years so I don't recall the cost. Also bled all the lines front to rear to get all the old nasty fluid out of the them. They work great now.
Not specific to your rig but you may have a weak brake hydraulic hose going to the brake caliper. This is the short rubber hose connecting the metal brake line to the brake caliper. The hose ages and swells when pressure is applied, reducing pressure to the affected caliper. If it is pulling to the left, check the hose on the passenger side brake caliper. Relatively cheap part.
