Since the P30 is a very very common chassis on many medium duty trucks, it should be no problem finding replacement parts from a truck salvage yard in the area.
Obviously you do not want used ball joints but there is nothing wrong with using salvaged upper and lower A arms.
Hopefully a good shop will do everything they can to quickly get you back on the road without hurting your wallet too bad.
