Broken down on side of HWH 71 in Ohio

Good luck trying to go after the shop. What hard evidence is there?:h ..most likely none. Things have to be proven..how are you going to prove the castle nut wasn't installed correctly. Sure, if someone died other steps, above our pay grade would be taken. Contacting the shop to let them know what happened is a good idea simply to make them aware of your situation but don't expect too much in return. They may, if you ask them, help you out with your insurance deductible.

Forget about all that contact an attorney nonsense. You have insurance, no one got hurt and your coach is on it's way to being repaired. Thank the man upstairs for your good fortune, get your coach back and enjoy the upcoming labor day holiday with your family.....Life's too short to bog yourself down in woulda coulda shouldas....just my 2 cents worth....Dennis
