Broken down on side of HWH 71 in Ohio

I was heading home from a trip out west with my wife and 10 year old GS and just got off rt 30 and started to enter hwy71 when I hit a bump in the road and my left front end let go. Called progressive and they are towing me to a safe place for tonight. Does anyone know of a chassis shop in Mansfield Ohio that can repair a P-30 front end? It is almost 7 pm so I know that the shops will be closed now, but hoping one to be open tomorrow.
  • I just googled bears, pic shows some BIG rig towing equipt. ph 330 948 3585 didn,t say they did repairs but with the size of tow trucks they should know who,s best. and I,d think open 24,,7
  • I seem to remember Bear's being north of you a bit, but I believe they did some work on my Kenworth some years ago. Seemed like a good shop. There is a site, that while mostly heavy truck related, can help in these situations. WWW.truckdown.com. Excellent for finding repairs when you have a class A.
  • Holy $hit Gary, was that the noise you were hearing? What let go ball joint. Glad everyone is ok.

Thanks midnight it is a Chevy chassis. A retired trucker stopped to see if we were ok and mentioned Bears not sure of spelling. Tow truck showed up with too small of a truck after Progressive asked the size and the wt of the MH. A little unnerving for my wife with trucks whizzing by.
