in a car or vehicle where you can get into the hood without entering it I taped a key to a bunch of wiring with black electricians tape. years later I sold the car to my boss. one day he left it running in the buildings garage all day :) and had locked us out at the end of the day. after a short while I remembered what I had done, we popped the hood, unwrapped the tape and got into the car.
