Just to wrap this up, we used RV Tech Inc. in Fort Myers. I think they did a good job. The converter, tv, and awning motor had to be replaced. The awning motor was the big ticket. Total cost including diagnostics was about $2300. We had used a reputable electric company to install the outlet. One we had done business with before. We are negotiating with them for reimbursement.
We took the RV out this weekend. All systems seem to be fine.
