The Bullseye Leveling system seemed like a great deal so I ordered one May 6 2015. Also told my sis and family as well as another friend about System. According to the owner, no problem fitting your 2014 Coachman Freelander CB19. Had some communication problems from the git go... ie owner was slow to respond to calls and email like receipt? order tracking number? Got the system and although all the measurements were within the specs on the web site.. the front jacks would not fit. Needed 19 inches for the folding legs and only had 13. Suggestions were made about cutting out parts of my frame cross beams in order to make a fit. Numerous phone calls for solution were not providing any answers. Finally got an ok to return the system. No communication from the owner Alan Brink. The system was accepted by the company June 2. I called but got no response so emailed on June 5 and got a confirmation that the system arrived and a week to process which would be restocking fee, mail fee, and any damage assessment. Waited 13 days without response. Asked if it would be helpful to file a dispute with credit card company to help get it settled. Got a response... ".. it would be processed next week.." Alan claimed changing credit card processors as the problem. Finally had to file a disputed claim with credit card company because I always clear any credit card balance and don't pay interest unless absolutely necessary. Credit card company will not charge interest and will hold that account balance without any penalty until the dispute is settled. Emailed Bullseye 6/30/15 and got the usual sorry... If you withdraw the dispute .... check would be in the mail.. Hmm "check in the mail" where have I heard that before? I replied that I would be happy to let the credit card company know when I knew the check was expedited. Final communication was the check would be in the mail tomorrow 7/1/15. As of today 7/10/15 no check or response from Bullseye. Although its a pain having to deal with this outfit, I am feeling lucky that the system would not fit. Wonder what would have happened if the product was installed and I needed some customer support!
