Got lots of hits on GOOGLE IMAGES by just typing in 'RV Bumper mount gen carrier'
The big problem most folks run into is to make your bumper strong enough to carry any additional weight load like a generator... Mods are required to the bumper setup...
Another issue I would have doing this is preventing thief of your high dollar generator... It seems that being out in the open is almost yelling "TAKE ME --- TAKE ME"... I keep my 2KW Honda Generator secured in the tailgate section of my locked truck bed that also has a locked folding hard panel bed cover... It is totally out of sight and goes where I go with my truck... when I need to run the generator I just pull it out onto the dropped tail gate with my locking cable still in tact. I never would leave the generator at the camp site when none of us were around...
Just my thoughts here... Occasionally I will see one mounted on the rear bumper of a trailer or Truck Camper.
