Nice coach. The $75K is already a promo-price that's $13K off MSRP.
We purchased our MH new two years ago and we got about 28%, IIRC. 20%-30% seems to be most mentioned for discounts on current model year.
More off on new 2015's since dealers want to make room for the 2016's. You might even find a new 2014 still on lot here and there. I'd expect a good price could be had on one of those.
