Buying a used Fleetwood Flair 22' .....NADA ...low?

Recall that the NADA price is the price the dealers report to the respective state.
Recall that asking prices is (often) far different then sale price.

A few years back I was helping a friend shop for his MH, at one dealer the Salesman said "I know this isn't what you are looking for, but you have to see this 5er"

It was roughly 20 years old and looked like it had just rolled off the show-room floor new. One owner that had took meticulous care of the rig.
