Looks very clean. Like the replaced wood floors. Check it out well, and I agree with Dean, don't worry about the difference. I would think there aren't many of these rigs to establish a reliable resell value, hence NADA's swag.

Looks like you stumbled upon a nice rig, your inspection will determine if that is truly the case. Good luck!
