That sounds about right on that Flair. 20 years old and the same rubber roof? If that was replaced then maybe add a couple of grand.
As I remember Flair's were entry level, I'm guessing at 20 years of use you'll see that in the cabinets and furniture.
This is true, this particular one appears to have been kept under a carport or garage...the inspection will tell the tale today.
In my opinion every single camper or MH should be kept under some type of structure when stored. Preventing the deadly leak is just one reason...the sun beating up everything is the other.
