Buying a used Fleetwood Flair 22' .....NADA ...low?

Motor7, on the roof. I agree with your statement, but rubber roofs shrink with age. Be very careful, since most rubber roofs are warranty for 10 and predicted to go to 20.

Also can you get replacement parts, on this rig you will have a very hard time both for the coach and the chassis. NADA isn't used when you buy a coach, but boy they sure use it when you trade one in (then they start to deduct for faults.)
