NADA is really off... at least on these. I looked at 1993/94/95. They list the exact same "Low" and "Retail" price for all of those of every model/length regardless of year. Then in 96 there was the 4$k jump, and yep the same prices on all models from '96 through '99.
Where NADA is wrong is the price increase does not follow model number changes. The models did not change at all until 1997 when the shortest A in the Fleetwood line-up was a 24'. '93-96....same unit with only cosmetic changes.
Anyway, all this sure does cause confusion for buyers sellers and banks. We do have $13K cash to drop on a motorhome. But if we do that there is zero left in the bank account, so that is not an option. My CU is offering 1.89% on used RV's up to 5 years.....so we plan on taking advantage of that.
