Don, no, not expecting a spot on price. And my initial question on NADA retail has been answered. I might have confused some here because I am now focusing on the big discrepancy within NADA itself which affects loan value. There is nothing I can do about it except throw it out here for discussion. The average sales price for this coach(93-96) is about $12K in "good" condition.
As far as buying local, well I have zeroed in on a 22' Flair. Nationwide at this time there are 7 or 8 for sale with the closest being 700 miles away. The one in Tucson caught my eye so I have a buddy who lives out there doing an inspection today. It is in my price range even with a flight out to pick it up. I would love to find one in better shape closer to me, but there just "ain't" one out there.
Besides, it's more like 2,000 miles one way...where is your sense of adventure??? :)
