Buying a used Fleetwood Flair 22' .....NADA ...low?

I have a deposit on this Flair: http://www.campingworld.com/rvsales/Class-A---Gas/1994/Fleetwood-Flair/401449/ In my search for a small Class A I found that NADA is really low compared to retail...

I have a great sense of adventure and glad to see you have someone looking at it for you. If you buy, I would also have that friend drive it for several days, maybe to and from work, to make sure it doesn't overheat or have other unforeseen conditions. Again...I wouldn't jump into a 20 year old coach and drive it cross country without some shorter trips.
