Just got off the phone with my buddy. As I suspected looks can sometimes be deceiving.
-The coach has been painted and he gave the paint job a 6 out of 10. -Improper prep on the bumpers and fender flares was causing paint to flake off.
-Generator was abnormally loud and not sitting level in it's compartment.
-almost all lower Filon panels were starting to delaminate,
-big gaps in the seams on the laminate floor,
-Rear drivers side galvanized interior compartment is rusting from the top down(odd),
-Brakes felt like the brake booster was not working at all(even though I was assured this coach has been through their 22 Point inspection)and took a lot of leg force to come to a stop,
-Improper installation of the bathroom skylight which has leaked.
There are more minor issues that are expected of an older coach. And some of the above issues are not that big of a deal, but I have decided to pass on this one and will be looking at the one 700 miles away some time this week. I'll post up pic's when I have them.
