Buying a used Fleetwood Flair 22' .....NADA ...low?

Furnace and associated duct work is a no go until after the first of the year.

Sooooo, I am flying in to Philly in the AM to do the inspection myself and bringing a cashiers check with me. Flying one way does not put me in the negotiating drivers seat if I find minor stuff, but I will walk away(hitchhike back to the airport? :)) if there is something major that they are not willing to budge on.

Life is an adventure eh?
