Also the 45 and 60 I assume is your steer tires. That alone will make the rig wander. I assume that your rig has 16 inch load range E tires with a max or 80. You adjust the pressure to match the front end load. Meaning you need to weigh the front end, and then see what the tire maker recommends for PSI for that weight.
The higher the pressure the less give the tires have so the more stiff the ride. As long as they are not old, bruised, weakened, or weather checked running them at max should not do any harm. Running them below what they should be given the weight will generate heat making all of the above imperfections worst.
Steer tires are a tricky subject, and it's always best to error on safety when it comes to them. When in doubt replace, or have a pro look at them.
