Buying a used Fleetwood Flair 22' .....NADA ...low?

Arrived in Manitoba last night. The Flair ran like a top....no issues. Average mpg in the hills was 8.5, once in the prarie we averaged 9.5. Less than a quart of oil burned in 2,000 miles. Airbags are holding pressure.
