Sounds great.
Do keep an eye on your rubber roof. At 20 years it's getting there. Sounds like someone put a coating on it which is a very smart thing to do. That is as long as it wasn't leaking and the coating wasn't just to a cover up to make a sale.
Leaking roofs and windows is the silent death of a MH. As long as you can keep thing's nice and dry, you should have a long lasting coach.
From the pictures and your trip, you seem to have gotten a well loved and cared for rig.
