buying new class C

How much of a discount should you get off MSRP when buying a new RV? 30%?

Yes, we bought at their Raleigh dealership. Their sales process was very low key which we appreciate. And we've been very pleased with their after-the-sale assistance and warranty work.
  • Just make sure that when you buy from RV Direct that you get EVERYTHING fixed that is wrong at delivery time. I have purchased TWO Jayco Pinnacles from them in the last five years and my last one had lots of defects that were not fixed on PDI. I tried for almost two years to get satisfaction but they did not reimburse me the labour charges for a blind that was defective and I paid for. The dealership in Des Moines changes service personnel more than I change my socks and although I was promised a reimbursement cheque they lied to me and never did send one. I tried to contact Don Strollo the bigshot president but he never did get back to me. BUYER BEWARE.
  • We bought ours direct from the factory. Everyone pays the same price, no discounts, no "free" options thrown in, and no trade-ins. What price is listed on the data sheet is what you pay. Plain and simple.
