This really is true.
RV's, even the best of them, are constant work to keep up. An older one will need all kinds of maint. and small repairs even with low miles. The roof, exterior platic parts and things you would nver think of will need attention both when you first purchase the MH and then continuously after that.
If your handy you can get by fairly cheap but if you have everything done, it will be crazy expensive.
