Bypass Phoenix from Flagstaff to Palm Springs

Taking the 303 there will be only one stoplight at the 60 intersection.
The lane restriction is at the junction of the 303 and I-10, should not pose a problem, just keep to the right.

According to az511.gov the 303 has construction/lane restrictions thru Dec. 12th.

If you take Bell Road W from Surprise (off of 60) that becomes another bypass that actually allows you to not only bypass Phoenix but all the other******on 10 through Goodyear. It joins the 10 W. of 87. It's a great road and I use it all the time.

Does the 303 bypass involve any traffic lights, or is it all freeway? I was trying to look it up on google earth, but could not find the answer.

I know that 101 bypass is all freeway, and at least 2 lanes wide, but the 303 was not completed when I lived there back in 2008.
