Cali planning carb tests for Class A

Air quality is important to most Californians. Testing diesels in our state for emissions isn’t a game or frivolous. I remember not being allowed to go outside to play in the 50s and early 60s and I don’t want to return to those bad air times.

we HAVE to go to CA shortly to clean out my BIL's condo and settle his estate followimg his recent death. beyond that we have zero interest in CA or how unfriendly they are to visitors.
