Since it is apparent that anything less will not satisfy you, you do need to hire a lawyer and sue them for damages. Since you have no damages, other than having your feelings hurt when they didn't get down on their knees to apologize and beg forgiveness, your lawsuit will most likely get tossed out almost as soon as you file, but this is America and you CAN sue anyone for anything. You will, of course, have the great satisfaction in knowing that by filing this nuisance lawsuit, you will cause that park to spend money to hire a lawyer to respond. It is very likely that since this appears to be a shoestring operation at best (no credit card accepted), that you will be able to really hurt the operators with the suit. If you can find a lawyer without morals (if you believe the common opinion of the legal profession, that shouldn't be an issue) it should only cost you a few hundred dollars to file that bogus lawsuit. Winning, however, is a much different story. And in the end, the next guest at that park can pay an extra dollar the park will start charging to cover their legal bills. You will, indeed, have made a lasting impression on all the future visitors to that park.
