since you lived in that area close to DC during those years, do you remember or did you see, when the military was doing testing on upper flow currents & one late night in the summer the sky turned purple.
I was driving trucks during that time & had a delivery in the Woodbridge area & seen that. Man I thought I had got a hold of some bad coffee on the last stop & thought I was tripping, it really happen though & even asked the person where I was delivering was I seeing things & they seen it as well.
